responsabilidades chave

Processamento salarial;
Gestão de Tempos de Trabalho;
Preparação, renovação e cessação de contratos de trabalho;
Contribuir para a implementação e otimização de processos de forma a aumentar a eficiência;
Acompanhar e implementar medidas e iniciativas relacionadas com a medicina do trabalho e SST e assegurar a conformidade com as normas e regulamentos de SST.

competências

Licenciatura em Recursos Humanos, Gestão, Ciências Económicas ou áreas relacionadas;
Experiência mínima de 4 a 5 anos em payroll;
Excel avançado;
Nível de inglês intermédio;
Capacidade de planeamento, organização, proatividade e iniciativa;
Responsabilidade, iniciativa e proatividade;
Autonomia e resiliência;
Disponibilidade imediata (preferencial).
