Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior HR Operations Specialist, located in Arganil with flexibility for some remote work.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, payroll and employee relations
  • Analyze and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the payroll and fiscal processes
  • Ensure compliance with local and state employment laws and regulations
  • Supervise the HR systems and tools to support the department and HR Ops
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement People initiatives, programs and policies that align with the overall business strategy
  • Develop, improve, and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and Senmar guidelines
  • Act as an adviser on HRrelated topics, providing the needed support and resolution to the stakeholders and colleagues
  • Compile and analyze HR data to generate regular reports and dashboards

Your Skills and Experience:
- + 3 years of previous experience as HR Generalist/Specialist in People Operations
- + 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources

  • High level of emotional intelligence as well as good communication, and conflict management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with different stakeholders, leaders, and managers.
  • A flexible approach that allows you to be successful in a fastpaced and highly changeable environment.
  • Previous experience working for construction companies in an international environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Safety and Working Conditions rules (preferred)
  • Availability for occasional trips
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology, Human Resources or a similar area.
  • C1 English Level
