Acompanhamento e gestão de clientes;
Obtenção, sistematização, e atualização da informação dos clientes;
Interpretação de cadernos de encargos;
Tradução e lançamento das fichas técnicas do cliente no PHC e respetivos pedidos de amostras;
Follow up das matérias-primas e acessórios para amostras e produções;
Controlo de qualidade das amostras antes do seu envio para o cliente;
Elaboração de fichas de custo;
Receção e lançamento das encomendas;
Acompanhamento da faturação;
Coordenação do desenvolvimento de novos produtos, desde a conceção até à sua expedição e em articulação com os diferentes interlocutores internos;
Acompanhamento das encomendas com o Departamento de Planeamento/ Produção;
Análise/negociação de preços com os diferentes departamentos da organização e com o cliente.
REQUISITOS VALORIZADOS
Conhecimentos técnicos de vestuário, preferencialmente em malhas circulares;
Experiência profissional comprovada na função;
Bons conhecimentos de Excel;
