Job Title: Aso Manager - Mobile Gaming Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Aso Manager - Mobile Gaming Expert to join our team at Freeplay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing the number of organic installs and conversion rates in the App Store and Google Play.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increasing the number of organic installs and conversion rates in the App Store and Google Play
  • Analyzing the mobile gaming market, key trends, and competitors
  • Collecting and optimizing textual metadata for all available locales
  • Conducting A/B tests for graphics and videos (including hypothesis generation and participation in brainstorming sessions)
  • Monitoring ASO metrics, analyzing the results, and maintaining reporting
  • Collaborating with product teams, designers, motion designers, and UA managers

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience with casual projects
  • Understanding of App Store and Google Play search algorithms
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests for graphical metadata
  • Knowledge of ASOdesk, AppFollow, Sensor Tower, or similar ASO and analytics tools
  • Ability to create detailed specifications for graphics, videos, and texts
  • Proficiency in working with textual metadata
  • Ability to work with ChatGPT and other AI tools
