Job Description for Aso Manager at Freeplay



We are looking for a skilled Aso Manager to join our team at Freeplay. As a crucial member of our mobile gaming team, you will be responsible for increasing organic installs and conversion rates in the App Store and Google Play.




  • Conduct market analysis and identify key trends and competitors.
  • Collect and optimize textual metadata for all available locales.
  • Design and execute A/B tests for graphics and videos, including hypothesis generation and participation in brainstorming sessions.
  • Monitor ASO metrics, analyze results, and maintain reporting.
  • Collaborate with product teams, designers, motion designers, and UA managers.


Requirements:




  • At least 2 years of experience with casual projects.
  • Understanding of App Store and Google Play search algorithms.
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests for graphical metadata.
  • Knowledge of ASOdesk, AppFollow, Sensor Tower, or similar ASO and analytics tools.
  • Ability to create detailed specifications for graphics, videos, and texts.
  • Proficiency in working with textual metadata.
  • Ability to work with ChatGPT and other AI tools.
  • Proactivity is essential.
