We are recruiting a General Ledger Accountant for a growing multinational company located in Lisbon.

This General Ledger Accountant's mission is to perform several accounting and treasury tasks to the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.

Responsabilidades:

Perform daily general ledger tasks, ensuring the strict application of the group policies;

Prepares analysis of accounts as requested;

Reconciles and maintains balance sheet accounts;

Control and book specific general ledger entries;

Control SAP interfaces;

Monitor bank transfers (Kyriba) and perform the bank reconciliations;

Provide general documentation requested by the Countries or external auditors;

Assists on month closing specific tasks;

Employees expenses control;

Control of cash pooling accounts.

Requisitos:

Technical and Professional Studies on Finance / Economics / Accounting / Management /Audit, preferably having a High-Level Education or equivalent;

At least 2 years of proven experience on General ledger or similar job position (Accounts Payable, Treasury);

Knowledge of English mandatory (Minimum: B2);

Fluency on Excel and SAP;

Good knowledge in finance, accounting, and treasury;

Have attention to detail and accuracy;

Have good verbal and written communication skills;

Have ability to work under pressure while thinking objectively;

Enjoy problem solving and can work independently but collaborative with others to accomplish a common goal.

Condições:

Short Term Contract (12 months - renewable);

Meal allowance of 8,32€;

Hybrid work regime (except on the first month);

Work schedule from 8.30h to 17.30h from monday to friday;
