ORIA Advisors is currently seeking a dynamic and organized Team Assistant to join our efficient team to support our large current workload.

If you are a quick thinker, extremely organized person, multi tasker and have facility to use computer software and Microsoft office tools this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Real Estate Listing Management:
Coordinate and manage real estate listings, ensuring they perform optimally.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to enhance property visibility and attract potential buyers or renters.
Follow up with sellers and sales consultants

Online Property Procurement:
Utilize software tools and partnerships to procure properties online and off market.
Facilitate property visits by coordinating with interested parties.

Administrative Support:
Provide general office administration, including ordering stationery and restocking printers.
Maintain an organized office.
Support for team events as requested.

Effective
Communication:

Possess excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and external partners.
Act as a central point of contact for executives and team members.

Enthusiasm and Dynamism:
We seek a highly enthusiastic and dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivation and a proactive approach are essential.

Passion for Real Estate and

Qualifications:

Skills:
English or more languages are a plus
Proficiency in Excel, Word, CRM and MS Office.
Familiarity with office processes and procedures.
Excellent communication skills.
Passion for real estate and organization are a plus.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organization:
Strong organizational abilities, including time management and prioritization.

Problem Solving:
Quick thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
