Principais Responsabilidades:
- Ter amplo conhecimento em desenvolvimento de projetos de comunicação audiovisual para campanha de vídeo - com oportunidades para atuar em desenvolvimento de conceito, roteiro, produção, storyboard e vídeo marketing;
- Demonstrar uma compreensão de alto nível das metodologias ágeis e de growth marketing, e uma vontade de ajudar e orientar aqueles ao seu redor;
- Planeamento e produção de campanhas audiovisuais em escala global;
- Ter bom conhecimento prático de processos e metodologias de design, audiovisual e growth marketing;
- Possuir fortes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita em situações individuais e em grupo;
- Desenvolver uma relação de parceria e respeito entre seus pares em design, audiovisual e growth e demonstrar total compreensão dos objetivos de negócios;
- Identificar sobreposições e lacunas de produto no seu próprio trabalho e no de outros analistas em squads adjacentes;
- Facilitar workshops e outras atividades de criação em grupo, mantendo a equipa focada e no caminho certo;
- Demonstrar uma profunda dedicação aos nossos clientes e stakeholders, investindo um tempo significativo em observação e validação de ideias com os mesmos.
- Cumprir o plano de aquisição mensal;
- Responsável pelo set-up e manutenção das campanhas de aquisição das marcas, sempre com o objetivo dos KPI's propostos;
- Acompanhar e analisar diariamente os indicadores de sucesso das campanhas de comunicação e funil de vendas;
- Elaboraração de reposts das campanhas;
- Propor novas plataformas e ferramentas de Growth.
Requisitos e Qualificações:
- Experiência com a execução de estratégias de aquisição B2C;
- Domínio em operação de estratégias de Growth e das plataformas digitais (Google Ads/ Facebook/Criteo e RTB etc);
- Experiência com indicadores de performance (ROI, ROAS, CPA, Tx. Conv, CPC, CTR, CPL, etc);
- Conhecimentos Avançados em Google Analytics;
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Marketing ou áreas equivalentes;
- Fluência em inglês;
- Boa capacidade de análise, organização e planeamento;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e orientação para o cliente;
- Espírito critico e analítico;
- Orientação para os resultados;
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e profissionalismo;
- Disponibilidade;
- Carta de condução.
