Your main duty will be to cater to the customers' needs and come up with effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.



Your role as an Automobile Customer Service Agent will involve:

  • Customer Service via phone and email
  • Providing customers with detailed product information
  • Offering professional guidance on product usage
  • Handling warranty cases efficiently


Qualifications, skills, and interests required for this position:

The company is looking for individuals with strong soft skills, regardless of their educational background, as they are willing to provide training in all areas related to the job.

  • You must be a native French speaker with basic English skills (B1 level required)

What's included for you:

  • Type of contract: long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
  • Full-time position (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8 hours/day, Mon-Fri 7 AM-6 PM)
  • Salary details (*) – 2 options:

Including accommodation (shared flat, all expenses covered): 1040€ gross/month



Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
  • For international candidates:
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
  • Airport pick up service
  • Annual round-trip flight ticket to your home country (within the EU)
  • Assistance with paperwork, bank account setup, etc. upon arrival
  • Comprehensive health insurance from day one of the contract
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company

(*) Compensation during training period upon successful completion (3 weeks): 50% of hourly wages (lower taxes)
