Der Job

  • Deine Aufgaben im After-Sales-Service umfassen:
  • Kundenmanagement
  • Erbringung von Lösungen für Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail oder Social Media
  • Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen und Beratung
  • Betreuung deutscher Kunden
