No sentido de reforçar a estrutura de uma das empresas do Grupo, a Secil Betão, estamos à procura de um Key Account Manager para gerir e acompanhar os nossos principais clientes da Secil Betão, garantindo que somos o parceiro preferido para soluções de betão pronto.


Responsabilidades:

  • Acompanhar, manter e desenvolver relações duradouras com os principais clientes e de elevado potencial em ambiente de escritório ou obra;
  • Desenvolver relações de proximidade e confiança com os vários stakeholders internos e externos;
  • Negociar termos e condições de contratos com clientes para garantir acordos mutuamente benéficos;
  • Elaborar e organizar ações comerciais em função da estratégia de desenvolvimento do cliente em coordenação com o Responsável e Direção Comercial;
  • Desenvolver trabalho em equipa com os Gestores de Clientes da zona garantido o acompanhamento próximo dos principais projetos/ obras;
  • Assegurar um nível de serviço de excelência do ponto de vista do acompanhamento técnico e logístico através do suporte dos departamentos internos;
  • Recolher feedback dos clientes e do mercado para influenciar o desenvolvimento de novas soluções e melhoria de processos da operação e ferramentas de gestão e suporte ao cliente;
  • Monitorizar o desempenho do negócio e acompanhar as métricas de satisfação do cliente;
  • Monitorizar, analisar a evolução e tendências do mercado, tal como identificar novas oportunidades (grandes obras/ projetos a iniciar no futuro).

Perfil:

  • Formação Académica Superior em Gestão, Engenharia Civil, Engenharia dos Materiais, ou outra;
  • Experiência ligada ao setor da Indústria ou Construção/ Materiais na função KAM (preferencial);
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos na área comercial (preferencial);
  • Forte orientação para o cliente e para os resultados, com capacidade para gerir pressão;
  • Forte sentido de responsabilidade e capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
  • Resiliência e capacidade de adaptação a diferentes contextos e interlocutores;
  • Conhecimentos de MS Office;
  • Vontade de crescer e evoluir dentro da Secil
