Recentemente, e de acordo com a nossa estratégia de crescimento, adquirimos uma empresa de engenharia especializada em Serviços de Eficiência Energética & Gestão de Projetos, denominada Ewen, que trabalha em três grandes eixos: i) desenvolvimento de projetos renováveis de raiz; ii) engenharia, procurement e construção - EPC; iii) operação e manutenção - O&M.

PROJECT ENGINEER JUNIOR – INDUSTRIAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Este PROJECT ENGINEER JUNIOR – INDUSTRIAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY será responsável por visitar potenciais clientes, recolher informação e verificar as condições no terreno, para permitir a orçamentação de projetos de eficiência energética industrial.
Simultaneamente, terá um papel relevante na pormenorização da engenharia de aprovisionamento (conceção, execução), equipamentos, elaboração de cronogramas de projetos e acompanhamento da sua evolução e ligação com os clientes.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:
Capacidade de articular ofertas de programas e identificar potenciais melhorias de eficiência energética para os clientes
Colaborar com clientes e parceiros comerciais para obter a documentação necessária para o projeto
Realizar avaliações de energia elétrica (walk-throughs)
Desenvolver e gerir o pipeline de projetos de eficiência energética
Realizar inspeções pré e pós-instalação para efeitos de validação, conforme necessário
Gerar contactos a partir de pedidos de informação de clientes, reuniões de clientes, eventos do setor, conhecimento de novas construções num determinado território e outras práticas de sensibilização
Colaborar com as equipas internas de gestão, operações e engenharia para proporcionar uma experiência centrada no cliente
Envolver grupos e associações comerciais adequados
Coordenar com o pessoal de operações e de coordenação de projetos para preencher a base de dados interna, a fim de fornecer previsões precisas de projetos/conhecimento do mercado
Manter uma relação comercial positiva, mutuamente benéfica e duradoura com empresas, grupos profissionais e partes interessadas da indústria em apoio aos objetivos gerais de eficiência energética da Ewen e da Helexia
COMPETÊNCIAS VALORIZADAS:
Licenciatura em Energia, Ambiente, Engenharia ou outra área relacionada, mais 1 a 3 anos de experiência profissional em vendas, energia e/ou cargos em empresas de eletricidade
Vontade de participar em projetos de eficiência energética e sustentabilidade
Capacidade de resolução de problemas orientada para a solução
Capacidade para aprender práticas, técnicas e normas do sector no domínio da eficiência energética
Capacidade comprovada para estabelecer e manter uma relação profissional com as partes interessadas do mercado, clientes e aliados comerciais
Motivação, excelente capacidade de resolução de problemas e capacidade comprovada de tomada de decisões
Forte orientação para o cliente e para os resultados
Excelentes conhecimentos de informática, incluindo, entre outros, conhecimentos básicos de Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint e Outlook
Conhecimentos básicos de Microsoft Dynamics e/ou outros programas de CRM (por exemplo, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, etc.)
Fluente em inglês, falado e escrito (obrigatório), francês é uma vantagem.
Disponibilidade para deslocações profissionais em todo o país e no estrangeiro por curtos períodos de tempo
