Recentemente, e de acordo com a nossa estratégia de crescimento, adquirimos uma empresa de engenharia especializada em Serviços de Eficiência Energética & Gestão de Projetos, denominada Ewen, que trabalha em três grandes eixos: i) desenvolvimento de projetos renováveis de raiz; ii) engenharia, procurement e construção - EPC; iii) operação e manutenção - O&M.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY AUDITOR – INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS SECTOR
Este ENERGY EFFICIENCY AUDITOR será responsável pela supervisão dos programas implementados pela empresa e pelos empreiteiros no âmbito da carteira de projetos de Eficiência Energética da Ewen e da Helexia.
Pretende-se que seja um percurso profissional evolutivo, de forma a tornar-se um gestor autónomo de projetos de eficiência energética e auditorias energéticas no âmbito dos enquadramentos legais portugueses (DL68A/2015 e DL71/2008 (SGCIE).
Este profissional de energia participará, principalmente, em projetos no sector industrial, mas também em grandes edifícios de serviços, de acordo com o seu percurso evolutivo e as necessidades da empresa.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:
Desempenhar várias funções de gestão de projetos, incluindo o estabelecimento de planos de trabalho, a programação, a administração e o resumo de reuniões, a atribuição e o acompanhamento de tarefas, a gestão de pedidos de alteração, o desenvolvimento de relatórios de estado e o acompanhamento e gestão do orçamento e das finanças.
Coordenar as atividades internas e externas relacionadas com o desenvolvimento, o lançamento e a supervisão de projetos-piloto e de demonstração, tais como a avaliação de novas tecnologias e serviços, campanhas e eventos de marketing e várias outras iniciativas.
Gerir o desenvolvimento, a administração e a elaboração de relatórios sobre projetos no âmbito da carteira.Supervisionar os fornecedores de implementação e outros contratantes para garantir que todos os requisitos são cumpridos de acordo com as diretrizes e compromissos internos e externos.
Manter-se atualizado com as tendências atuais em matéria de eficiência energética, inovação, novas tecnologias e resposta à procura.Trabalhar com várias equipas dentro e fora do departamento de Eficiência Energética para garantir uma conceção e implementação ótimas dos resultados.
Responsabilidades de engenharia pré-venda e apoio na implementação de projetos de eficiência energética.Manter uma relação comercial positiva, mutuamente benéfica e duradoura com as empresas, grupos profissionais e partes interessadas da indústria em apoio aos objetivos gerais de eficiência energética da Ewen e da Helexia
COMPETÊNCIAS VALORIZADAS:
Licenciatura em Engenharia Mecânica ou Engenharia Eletrotécnica com especialização no sector da energia (preferencial)
Experiência em funções similares será uma mais valia
Conhecimentos relevantes e formação técnica nas áreas de termodinâmica, mecânica dos fluidos e transferência de calor são imprescindíveis para engenheiros mecânicos, e serão valorizados para engenheiros eletrotécnicos
Conhecimentos e experiência técnica relevantes nas áreas da qualidade da energia, controlo industrial, instrumentação e controlo de potência (VSD's) são indispensáveis para engenheiros eletrotécnicos e serão valorizados para engenheiros mecânicos
Capacidade de participar eficazmente em equipas e de colaborar a nível interfuncional
Capacidade para avaliar e estabelecer prioridades para si próprio e para os outros, demonstrar flexibilidade e compreender/comunicar o sentido de urgência
Auto-motivado, excelente capacidade de resolução de problemas e capacidade comprovada de tomada de decisões
Perfil proativo e de forte iniciativa
Domínio das ferramentas do Microsoft Office
Aptidões analíticas, de planeamento e de organização
Forte orientação para o cliente e para os resultados
Criatividade e facilidade de adaptação a novos cenários
Fluência em inglês, falado e escrito (obrigatório), francês é uma vantagem.
Disponibilidade para deslocações profissionais ao estrangeiro por curtos períodos de tempo
