Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007.
We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.
We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
What are you going to do?Oversee and control project costs, ensuring adherence to the established budget.
Manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met as planned.
Organize and coordinate team activities, maintaining effective communication and an efficient workflow.
Facilitate communication between different teams and departments, ensuring dependencies are clearly identified and communicated.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in Project Management roles and Team Coordination.
Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate collaboration among different stakeholders.
Solid knowledge in cost management, scheduling, and project organization.
Technical proficiency with Confluence, Jira, or Trello.
English proficiency
