We are looking for a Application Support to integrate hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:

  • Fluent in English (required), proficiency in German is advantageous;
  • Experience in Workday Systems and Help Desk/Application Support roles;
  • Familiarity with Incident Management Tools and technical analysis of IT applications;
  • Strong communication and networking skills across diverse teams and management levels;
  • Ability to learn and adapt to customer support processes and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support, including incident resolution and management;
  • Serve as a single point of contact for endtoend customer support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues;
  • Document relevant application support information, such as creating use cases and reports;
  • Utilize problemsolving and research skills to address technical challenges;
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ITIL concepts.
