We are looking for a Application Production Support to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a relevant field;
  • Teamwork attitude with a focus on cooperation and accuracy;
  • Strong stress management and problemsolving skills;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to respond promptly and autonomously:
  • Proactive approach to anticipate issues and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for all environments hosting applications, including troubleshooting and maintenance;
  • Support IT development and application support teams with specialist assistance;
  • Manage application migrations and rehosting processes;
  • Coordinate change management for all applications in scope;
  • Collaborate on infrastructure changes related to application hosting;
  • Contribute to global and local strategic projects.
