Procuramos um(a) Delivery Manager (CRM) para um projeto híbrido ou remoto no Porto.

Como é Ser Delivery Manager CRM:

  • Gestão de portfolio de projetos CRM;
  • Reunir e detalhar os requisitos dos stakeholders, traduzilos num plano de ação, rever user stories e critério de aceitação, e gerir backlog do projeto;
  • Identificar e agendar as entregas, milestones e tarefas necessárias do projeto;
  • Monitorizar as atividades do projeto, assegurando o cumprimento do orçamento, qualidade e integridade da informação;
  • Efetuar avaliação de riscos e implementar planos de mitigação;
  • Comunicar com os stakeholders para efetuar a atualização do estado do projeto;
  • Liderar a entrega de novos projetos, aplicações ou funcionalidades apoiando o seu lançamento.

O que valorizamos:

  • Licenciatura áreas das Engenharias, tecnologias de Informação ou equivalente;
  • 1+ ano(s) de experiência comprovada na gestão de projetos;
  • Background na gestão e delivery de projetos CRM (Zoho ou equivalente);
  • Conhecimento efetivo de metodologias ágeis de gestão de projetos;
  • Fortes competências analíticas e capacidade de compreender e discutir conceitos técnicos;
  • Conhecimento de linguagens e frameworks de construção de produtos CRM;
  • Capacidade de construir relações com os diferentes atores da empresa/projeto;
  • Capacidade de gestão de múltiplos projetos digitais em simultâneo;
  • Defensor da qualidade e da melhoria contínua da equipa e dos processos.
