O que procuramos no nosso candidato ideal:

  • Excelente conhecimento das teorias de aprendizagem e dos modelos de design instrucional (ser capaz de explicar como os utilizaria no seu trabalho)
  • Capacidade para criar estruturas, tanto para si próprio como para os outros
  • Paixão pela aquisição de novas competências técnicas e capacidade para traduzir conceitos técnicos complexos numa linguagem compreensível que os recém chegados possam apreender facilmente
  • Capacidade de distinguir entre pormenores primários e secundários, simplificando informações complexas
  • Capacidade para criar diversos materiais didáticos interessantes, incluindo guiões para palestras em vídeo, guias, manuais, etc.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma proativa num ambiente ambicioso, dinâmico e em rápido crescimento e de se adaptar à mudança.
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento de material pedagógico e formativo com a ferramenta Articulate 360.
  • Conhecimento e experiência em ferramentas como o moodle, o teams e o Zoom.
  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão da formação, nomeadamente forinsia e conhecimento das suas funcionalidades.
  • Experiência em coordenação pedagógica e da plataforma SIGO.

O que pode esperar fazer no seu trabalho:

  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento de experiências de aprendizagem empresarial para melhorar a integração, o desempenho e o crescimento dos colaboradores, em conformidade com a visão e os valores da empresa.
  • Contribuir para a criação da visão dos produtos educativos que resolvem os problemas/necessidades detectados.
  • Criar atividades de aprendizagem cativantes e conteúdos de curso convincentes que aumentem a retenção e criem uma cultura de aprendizagem cativante.
  • Criar material/meios de apoio (áudio, vídeo, simulações, aprendizagem baseada em casos, cenários, jogos, etc.)

  • Ser criativo e procurar soluções fora das práticas geralmente utilizadas.
  • Enfrentar projetos complexos e indefinidos.
  • Manter a documentação dos cursos e as pastas das ações organizadas.
  • Emitir certificados.
Necessário

  • Licenciatura em educação e formação, preferencial.
  • Experiência em coordenação pedagógica.
-1-2 anos de experiência em Designer Instrucional (ou equivalente).

  • Conhecimento das metodologias e práticas de design instrucional.
  • Capacidade comprovada de destilar conteúdos complexos de diversas fontes em material claro e logicamente estruturado, apresentado de uma forma instrutiva sólida.
  • Proficiência em ferramentas de criação de eLearning, incluindo Articulate360, Storyline 360
  • Experiência na utilização e administração de um LMS num ambiente técnico/empresarial e/ou formativo.
  • Experiência com a plataforma SIGO.
  • Conhecimento de softwares de gestão da formação com preferência em FORINSIA.

Oferecemos:

  • Contrato de Trabalho a tempo inteiro, por 6 meses, renovável;
  • Horário de 2a a 6a, das 9h às 18h;
