Key Qualifications & Requirements:
>> Global Sales Leadership:
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and securing deals on an international level.
>> Educational Background:
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
>> Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the dental market and materials.
>> Communication Skills:
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
>> Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required. Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
>> Adaptability:
Ability to lead in a hybrid work environment, managing both on-site and remote teams effectively.
>> Travel:
Willingness to travel internationally to forge new relationships, close deals, and lead global sales initiatives.
>> Networking:
Established contacts within the above sectors or related markets.
>> CRM & Relationship Building:
Skilled in using CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.

Responsibilities:
>> Strategic Sales Growth:
Lead and expand our sales efforts globally, focusing on achieving significant international deals and broadening our market presence.
>> Market Analysis & Strategy:
Analyze global market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and meet company goals.
>> Sales Plan Execution:
Align sales strategies with overall company objectives, ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly international sales targets.
>> Competitive Insight:
Monitor international competition, understanding their strategies, products, and market positioning.
>> New Market Penetration:
Identify and pursue new international market opportunities, leveraging industry contacts and market analysis.
>> Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure the highest level of service, resolving any international customer issues swiftly and efficiently.
>> Reporting & Communication:
Provide comprehensive sales reports and insights to the CEO, showcasing international sales performance and strategic recommendations.
