Currently, we are seeking a Network Manager who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.


Responsibilities:
Monitoring the availability and performance of terminals;
Managing requests/incidents on terminals, identifying the cause and corresponding solution, and ensuring supplier support and intervention within the contracted SLAs;
Supporting the analysis and resolution of incidents/breakdowns with suppliers and/or customers;
Preventive maintenance management of the network, analyzing the performance of each network to introduce preventive practices with suppliers;
Managing relationships with maintenance and technical assistance suppliers;
Supporting Network Management Technicians by providing support and guidance when necessary in various activities.

Requirements:
More than 3 years of experience in similar role;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (preferably Access and Excel);
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Experience with MS Project, ServiceNow and Grafana are a plus;
Dynamic, organized, and a good team player;
Ability to organize and plan;
Autonomy, proactivity, and customer orientation;
Analytical, synthesis, and critical evaluation skills;
Assertive communication;
Good at time management and prioritization.
