Overview
Mastercard Data & Services encompasses Mastercard's offerings beyond the transaction. We provide customers across industries and geographies with a tailored portfolio of solutions to address their business pain points.
Within Data & Services the Engines Program aims at bringing to market innovative solutions combining the power of data and consulting expertise. With compelling offerings for financial institutions, retailers, and more, our services drive efficiency and value and enable our customers to solve business problems from end to end.
The role will be responsible for the global Content Management of Cards Lab, a new self service platform that will help issuers build new or refine and monitor existing card value propositions. Insights are informed by market insights and consumer preferences, competitive benchmarking against peers, design & feature curation, card viability assessment, all led by Mastercard recommendations and validated through customer research.
Role
• Act as global point of contact for Cards Lab contents globally
• Define the content strategy of the platform and the operational process behind it
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Core Product teams, Loyalty, and Card Value Proposition experts to ensure content availability and reliability
• Work with external vendors to produce additional contents, or to provide translations
• Collaborate actively with regional product leads to ensure Cards Lab contents are always relevant to our customers, conducting internal analysis and customer research
• Monitor customer engagement and feedback in order to propose new initiatives to drive usage
• Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
All about You
Education:
• Undergraduate degree required
• MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended
Experience:
• Experience from a top-rated consulting or digital firm desirable, as is payments/banking expertise and experience helping financial institutions at the executive leadership level
• Experience with card products, and card value propositions desirable
• Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity and strong commercial sense
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work on a team or independently
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
