Os nossos Debt Collectors são especialistas em recuperação de crédito.

Asseguram a gestão de carteiras de crédito, de forma a estabelecer a melhor e mais adequada forma de pagamento da dívida, em consonância com os processos e procedimentos da empresa.

Num ambiente de trabalho moderno, com amplas oportunidades de desenvolvimento, a empatia e o profissionalismo estão presentes.

Sobre a função:

  • Contacto telefónico para recuperação de valores em dívida;
  • Negociar, adequando a estratégia, com vista a alcançar um acordo viável para liquidação da dívida;
  • Acompanhar os acordos negociados para assegurar o seu cumprimento;
  • Registo de toda a informação na aplicação informática, assegurando a sua fiabilidade;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das métricas estabelecidas por gestor.

O que procuramos:

  • Experiência em recuperação de crédito;
  • Facilidade de comunicação e argumentação;
  • Orientação para resultados;
  • Espírito de equipa;
  • Rigor e credibilidade;
  • Conhecimentos de língua inglesa (preferencial).
