About the roleReckitt is seeking a bright, enthusiastic Finance Graduate to join our team. You'll be a pivotal part of a team shaping the financial strategies that drive our success. In this role, you'll not only crunch numbers; you'll gain invaluable insight working alongside our finance leaders. Your responsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for...
Monitoring and analysing the performance of the business categories on the daily basis Construct together with the business teams our annual and quarterly P&L, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis for business planning Contribute to business process improvements and uphold our commitment to accuracy and compliance. Execute monthly and year-end closing activities. Investigate any deviation from the PL/ForecastThe experience we're looking for- Finance, accounting, or business administration background.
- Proven proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- History of working with a meticulous eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong project management experience within a finance context.
