We are looking for a Jurisdiction Officer to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:

  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools, especially Outlook and intermediate to advanced skills in Excel;
  • Knowledge of IT systems and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Service Now, SailPoint);
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).

Responsabilities:

  • Handle and chase access requests via the MyIAM application (tracking tool);
  • Provide user support through email, telephone, Service Now, and other ticket tools;
  • Administer user rights in mainframe applications (ATLAS2, Argus) and local applications;
  • Maintain and administer SecureID cards, including distribution.
