Reloading it's a trademark registered in 2014 (owned by Holding TR105) as a result of the achievements obtained since 2009 in training and consultancy services, with over 500 trainees and in collaboration with more than 30 national/international companies.

Portfolio:
Reloading's solution portfolio is divided into two areas that respond to the established offering model and are as follows:

Training:
All offerings always require a primary assessment to tailor Reloading's approach to the client. This process aims to adapt our offerings to the specific needs and requirements of each client.

Consultancy:
Consultancy is aimed at clients of an entrepreneurial nature.

About the client:


Information technology accompanies the route of every GLS parcel: a parcel from a grandma in Hamburg to her grandson in Sicily.

Entire goods delivered from manufacturers to retailers. Whether it is parcel routing or a mobile app – there is always highly developed IT behind it. GLS IT is responsible for the tools and systems involved.

Our employees organize the IT for more than 840 million parcels in 41 country subsidiaries and partners at over 1600 locations.

Job Overview


Ideal candidates for this position should possess a keen mind for solving tough problems with the ideal solution, partnering effectively with various team members along the way.

They should be personable, efficient, flexible and communicative, allied with a strong desire to implement change, growth, and maturity, and have a passion and love for what they do.

This role comes with the opportunity to be a high performer within a department that's fast-paced, dynamic, and heavily contributing to a Microservices architecture implementation.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Designing and architecting solutions for existing client facing applications as they are moved into cloud environments, such as, AWS;
  • Designing and building tools as well as frameworks that support deploying and managing our platforms;
  • Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements;
  • Supporting and troubleshooting scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, backup and restores of different environments;
  • Ensuring critical system security through the use of best in class cloud security solutions;
  • System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains;
  • Create, maintain and optimize automated build and deployment pipelines;
  • Work with Cloud Infrastructure team on Cloud migration of applications;
  • Act as enabler for other developers on Cloud migration. What we need
  • Several years of experience as Cloud Engineer in complex programs;
  • Strong experience with AWS;
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform;
  • Experience with CDK;
  • Serverless is a Plus;
  • Advanced experience with Networking, Security and virtualization technologies;
  • Good English skills, both spoken and written;
  • Development background in Java is a Plus;
  • AWS Certification is a Plus;
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and impact on company's success;
  • Team Player;
  • Available for travelling abroad.
