Diese berühmte Navigations-App sucht dich, um ihr Team von Kundenservice-Spezialisten in Lissabon zu verstärken

Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Kundendienstmitarbeiter werden sein:
Unterstützung von Nutzern bei Fragen zu ihren Konten und der Plattform im Allgemeinen, etc.
Bereitstellung der bestmöglichen Antworten und Lösungen für Fragen und Anliegen von Kunden auf die Art und Weise, mit der du dich am besten auskennst: per Telefon, E-Mail oder über soziale Medien
Ruhige und einfallsreiche Fehlerbehebung bei Kundenanfragen in Bezug auf ihre Kundenerfahrung
Du stehst in Kontakt mit anderen Abteilungen und leitest die entsprechenden Fälle und Probleme an die zuständigen Abteilungen weiter
Sicherstellung und Beteiligung am Erfolg deiner Abteilung

Fähigkeiten, Erfahrungen und Interessen, die du benötigst, um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein:
Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und mindestens B2-Niveau in Englisch
1 Jahr Erfahrung im Kundenservice in einem Contact Center
Wissen um den Wert und die Wirkung, die ein gutes Kundenerlebnis schaffen kann
Du bist ein aufmerksamer Zuhörer, der gerne mit Menschen kommuniziert
Energie, Innovation und proaktives Arbeiten in schnellem Tempo
Begeisterung für interkulturelle Kommunikation und den Expatriate-Lifestyle
Du lebst in Lissabon oder bist bereit, für eine internationale Karriere und Lebenserfahrung nach Lissabon umzuziehen
Eine gültige portugiesische Arbeitserlaubnis (erforderlich).
