Are you a native Hebrew speaker looking for a job as a Customer Delight Representative for Social Media?Become a member of our ambitious and motivated support team. Ensure customer satisfaction by representing one of the world’s most recognizable companies and supporting their business. ResponsibilitiesProvide support to high-level clients, helping them grow across multiple channels – chat, email, and phoneSupport and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domainAs a Customer Delight for Social Media, you’ll provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service productsProvide product and tool support to enhance clients’ experienceIdentify and solve technical bugs and add delivery issuesResolve customer issues in a timely manner and pro-actively communicate with clients on progressPro-actively identify areas where clients can improve the usage of our solutionsProvide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering
Requirements
Native level of written and verbal communication skills in HebrewGood knowledge of English (B2 level) is requiredComputer skills (mandatory basic skills and preferential advanced skills, like coding)Good analytical skills and logical thinkingAs a Customer Delight for Social Media, you’ll need excellent communication skills: verbal, written and listeningProactive and quick learnerAble to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platformAbility to multitask and work under pressureAvailability Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends
