Requirements
Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills Have strong phone contact handling skills and active listeningHave customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersAre proactive, self-motivated, and a great team playerIf you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
