Requirements
What are we looking for?Ability to generate empathy in written form;Good communication skills;Customer orientation and troubleshooting;Good computer user skills (Mandatory);Advanced spoken and written Italian skills, C1 level (Mandatory);Intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory);Ability to manage time and meet goals;Availability to work 5 days per week;Availability to work 8 hours per day, from 06:00 and up to 21:00;Peolpe living in Porto or planning to move to Porto.
