**What are we looking for?**
- ability to generate empathy in written form
- good communication skills

- good computer user skills (mandatory)
- advanced spoken and written Italian skills, C1 level (mandatory)
- advanced spoken and written English skills, C1 level (mandatory)
- ability to manage time and meet goals
- availability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sunday
- availability to work 8 hours per day (24/7)
