Job Title: Customer Support Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Delagroup. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in English at a C1 or C2 level.


Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers

Requirements
  • Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level
  • Native or C2 level proficiency in Swedish, Dutch, Finnish, or Norwegian
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in handling inbound calls and responding to customers via email
  • Computer literacy and basic knowledge of software applications
