About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to users via phone, email, and chat
  • Communicate with customers in German on a daily basis
  • Work closely with the team leader and entire team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
Requirements
  • Advanced spoken and written German skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
  • Intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory)
  • Good computer user skills (Mandatory)
  • Ability to generate empathy in written form
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer orientation and troubleshooting
  • Ability to manage time and meet goals
  • Availability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sunday
  • Availability to work 8 hours per day
  • Availability to work 24/7 shifts
