Dedicated Customer Experience Representative for Smartphone Support

We are seeking an exceptional customer experience representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to smartphone users.
Job DescriptionAs a customer experience representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through inbound calls, chat, and email. Your key tasks will include:
- Identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions;
- Clarifying doubts or questions related to electronic devices;
- Handling complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Performing back-office tasks as needed.
You will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- An advanced level of English (C1 at least);
- A good knowledge of Norwegian, Finnish, or Dutch;
- Experience in a contact center environment (preferable);
- The ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- An empathetic and patient-focused attitude.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:
- A competitive total monthly salary of €1740 + food allowance of €6.41/day;
- Rotating shifts of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week with 2 days-off-Monday to Friday mostly;
- On-site paid training for 10 days;
- Relocation package according to needs;
- A direct contract with the client.
