About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional customer experience representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to smartphone users.

Job Description

As a customer experience representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through inbound calls, chat, and email. Your key tasks will include:

  • Identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions;
  • Clarifying doubts or questions related to electronic devices;
  • Handling complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Performing back-office tasks as needed.

You will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An advanced level of English (C1 at least);
  • A good knowledge of Norwegian, Finnish, or Dutch;
  • Experience in a contact center environment (preferable);
  • The ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • An empathetic and patient-focused attitude.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:

  • A competitive total monthly salary of €1740 + food allowance of €6.41/day;
  • Rotating shifts of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week with 2 days-off-Monday to Friday mostly;
  • On-site paid training for 10 days;
  • Relocation package according to needs;
  • A direct contract with the client.
