Customer Support Representative in Nordic Markets

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional support in the smartphone market.
You will play a crucial role in:
- Identifying needs
- Clarifying doubts or questions related to electronic devices
- Handling complaints and resolving issues
- Performing back-office tasks as needed
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is empathetic, a great communicator, and speaks either Norwegian, Finnish or Dutch.
The ideal candidate will have advanced language skills (C1 level), a good knowledge of English, and experience in a contact center environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to smartphone users through inbound calls, chat, and email
- Identify customer needs and clarify any doubts or questions they may have
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Perform administrative tasks as required
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of 1740€ per month, plus a food allowance of 6.41€ per day.
Our benefits package includes rotating shifts with 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday mostly, with occasional weekend and night shifts.
Additionally, we provide relocation assistance, on-site training, and direct contract with the client.
