About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Tech Support Expert to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in providing top-notch assistance to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues across devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various devices, including Android, iOS, and popular software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the latest technologies and innovations.
- Work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Finnish and strong English skills (B2+), both written and spoken.
