Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our Customer Support Team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers across the EMEA market, ensuring their technical and accounting issues are resolved efficiently.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a native or near-native level of English, and strong problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with our global teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leveraging your technical skills and proficiency in software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support existing customers based in EMEA and other English-speaking countries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide support through our ticket system, answering inquiries and resolving technical issues
  • Showcase our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, highlighting features that address their IT challenges

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need at least one year of experience in a related field (customer service/sales), a strong background in Internet-related applications, and proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira and Freshdesk is a plus.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of €30,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a great compensation and benefits package, including company achievement bonus and stock-based options.
