Technical Sales Manager EMEA, Personal Care Professional

This role focuses on providing exceptional technical support to customers in the EMEA region, driving business growth and innovation.
About the Job- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to lead our EMEA team in delivering unparalleled technical expertise to our customers.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of personal care formulation chemistry and be able to drive business objectives through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and lead technical expertise in the entire EMEA region, driving business objectives and creating new business opportunities across all tiers.
- Lead customer projects by collaborating with technology, marketing, and sales teams, resolving technical issues related to product formulation and manufacturing.
- Drive and identify product innovation, ensuring market needs, customer expectations, and regulatory standards in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams and customers, ensuring clear communication of Elementis' products value proposition.
- Identify and line-up new business opportunities in line with the business strategy, aligning internal technical expertise with customer needs.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the personal care industry.
- Advanced computer software capabilities like MS Office.
- Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus (French, Spanish, German, or Italian).
Home office based, traveling required up to 50%.
