Sales Coordinator EMEA&I Performance Specialties

Job Summary:
Sales Coordinator EMEA&I Performance Specialties plays a crucial role in supporting the Regional Sales Managers in the daily business, ensuring a seamless sales process. As an Internal Sales professional, you will coordinate sales activities, manage customer interactions, and assist in a wide range of administrative sales duties that contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team by answering administrative questions to customers, frequent contact via mail and telephone with main customers and distributors across EMEA.
• Initiate and lead customer notifications and mailings in coordination with the Regional Sales Managers.
• Be the link between sales and various other functions within the company, including Product Stewardship, Technical department, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing.
• Record and track complaints in coordination with sales and ensure proper follow-up within the organization.
• Support sales in sending samples to customers, registering in Salesforce, and following up on status.
• Send quotations to customers and distributors in coordination with the Regional Sales Managers, send out product updates, new pricings, market news to key customers and distributors, compile and maintain commercial contracts, rebate agreements, and distributor contracts.
• Collect, gather, and store market research and market insights brochures, articles, and other information, making it readily available to sales managers.
• Participate in Commercial Team Meetings, track action points, and notes.
• Make decisions related to best practices of managing internal meetings and ways of working to get proper updates required to successfully support the Sales Teams and ultimately achieve business results.
Requirements:
• Commercial Office Admin experience of 1-5 years.
• Solid interpersonal and excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to function in an action-oriented environment, which is dependent on cross-functional cooperation.
• Well-organized, able to maintain a high degree of accuracy.
• Proven problem-solver, who anticipates and addresses business issues, is critical.
• Strong customer orientation and demonstrate flexibility and independent working attitude in addressing changing priorities and demands.
Working Arrangements:
• Minimum 3 days a week in the Porto office.
• Travel not required for position unless for special events, sales meetings, tradeshows.
