Job Title: Sales Coordinator Performance Specialties EMEA&I

Reports to: Senior Commercial Manager Performance Specialties EMEA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Performance Specialties EMEA&I team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by answering administrative questions, initiating and leading customer notifications, and coordinating sales activities.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and various functions within the company, including Product Stewardship, Technical department, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Record and track complaints, ensuring proper follow-up within the organization.
  • Support sales in sending samples to customers, registering in Salesforce, and following up on status.
  • Send quotations to customers and distributors, and compile and maintain commercial contracts, rebate agreements, and distributor contracts.
  • Collect and store market research and market insights, making them readily available to sales managers.
  • Participate in Commercial Team Meetings, tracking action points and notes.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Planning, aligning, and organization skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
