Job Description:

As a Technical Sales Manager for Elementis Plc, you will play a crucial role in driving business objectives and growth in the EMEA region. Your expertise in product formulation in the personal care sector will be instrumental in building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical expertise to the entire EMEA region, driving business growth and fast-tracking the creation of new business opportunities across all tiers.

• Collaborate with technology, marketing, and sales teams to lead customer projects and resolve technical issues related to product formulation and manufacturing.

• Develop and enhance technical relationships with current and new customers, understanding their strategic direction and introducing the Elementis value proposition to better support their plans.

• Identify product innovation opportunities, ensuring market needs, customer expectations, and regulatory standards in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams.

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams and customers, ensuring clear communication of Elementis' products' value proposition.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of product formulation in the personal care sector, understanding of industry-specific regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

• Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams, strategic thinking, and vision to align technical efforts with company goals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field, and minimum of 10 years of experience in the personal care industry.
