The Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide IT support, configuration, maintenance, and administration for Atlassian Products (Confluence and JIRA). Your responsibilities will include managing the support queue, addressing technical requests, and providing optimal solutions using problem-solving skills and app knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for Atlassian Products, including Confluence and JIRA
  • Manage the support queue, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical requests
  • Translate support tickets into feature requests, bug reports, and improvement suggestions
  • Evaluate and manage usage of Atlassian product add-ons/plugins to meet team and business needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience integrating JIRA with Confluence
  • Knowledge on how to migrate Service JIRA to Data Center Jira
  • Experience with implementing and training on JIRA and JIRA Agile best practices, custom dashboards, and custom reports
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. This position also comes with a range of benefits, including:
