Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team as a Smartphone Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to smartphone users through inbound calls, chat, and email.

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying customer needs and clarifying doubts or questions related to electronic devices
  • Handling complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing back-office tasks as needed to ensure seamless customer service

You will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • An advanced level of proficiency in Danish or Norwegian (C1 at least)
  • A good knowledge of English
  • Experience in contact center environments (preferable)
  • The ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An empathetic and patient-focused attitude
Offer

We offer a competitive total monthly salary of 1740€, plus a food allowance of 6.41€/day. You will also receive on-site paid training for 10 days and a relocation package according to your needs. The job is conducted at the office, with the possibility of working remotely in the future.
