Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a German-speaking Support Agent, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to our German-speaking customers, resolving their queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to the optimization of processes related to customer support, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage escalation processes and resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Fluent verbal and written German (C1) and advanced English (B2) skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and customer-oriented approach.
  • High level of empathy and ability to provide excellent customer-friendly service.
  • Prior experience in customer support, with familiarity with omnichannel support and ability to work with multiple tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with a curious and persistent approach to resolving issues.
