Customer Support Agent Role Overview
We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our global customer care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations. Your primary focus will be on fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence, including quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our French-speaking clients via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Support merchants with all questions and inquiries about our product and service.
- Work on optimizing all processes related to our customers to increase their happiness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing.
Requirements:
- Fluent verbal and written French (C1) and advanced English (B2).
- Strong communication skills, including approachability, patience, and customer orientation.
- High level of empathy and ability to provide excellent customer-friendly service.
- Prior experience as a customer support specialist and familiarity with omnichannel support.
- Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and persistence in resolving issues.
- Well-organized and able to stay calm under pressure.
