**Customer Service Excellence in a Global Setting**

As a German-speaking Banking Customer Support Advisor at Software & Support Media Gmbh, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients of a major German bank. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of banking products and services to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues.
  • Utilize adequate tools, processes, and methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Ensure that great levels of client service are delivered at all times, resulting in a positive experience for customers.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent German (C1) and fluent English (B2) skills.
  • Passionate about customers and customer service.
  • Problem-solving skills and an upbeat, positive attitude.
  • Ability to identify, apply, and explain product and/or service expertise with clarity.
