Job Overview
At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual French customer support representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and account management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction and service.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent French speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Only local candidates within 30 km of Porto will be considered.
