As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a leading telecommunications project. Your fluency in French will enable you to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Manage incoming calls, providing customers with accurate information and resolving their issues with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Solution Delivery: Offer tailored solutions to address various customer concerns, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and precision.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by embracing the company's culture and working closely with your colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Must be a native French speaker or possess a C2 level of fluency.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; we value enthusiasm, a customer-first mindset, and the willingness to learn.
  • Eligibility: Candidates must hold a valid EU ID or residence card.

Work Details:

  • Location: This is an on-site position at our Porto office.
  • Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, with working hours between 7 am and 7 pm.
