Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Danish Speaker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Danish Speaker to join our team at Eurofirms. As a Customer Service Representative - Danish Speaker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Denmark. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner. You will be working closely with our international team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients in Denmark.
  • Work closely with our international team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Continuously improve customer service strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficient or bilingual level of Danish.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Call center experience.
  • Flexibility in terms of shifts.
  • Effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs.
  • Strong computer navigation skills.
