About the Role

This is an on-site position, requiring you to be living in Porto or within 30 km. As a French Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Bouygues Telecom, guiding customers through their questions about subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  • Be the Voice: Answer incoming calls from customers, providing personalized solutions with a smile.
  • Create Smiles: Make every interaction enjoyable and memorable by offering tailored support.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: French Native or Strong C2 proficiency is required.
  • Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Location: You must have a valid address in Porto or within 30 km.
Benefits
  • Salary Package: Enjoy a base salary of €930 (14 months) with total monthly earnings exceeding €1,400.
  • Bonus Potential: Receive a guaranteed performance bonus of €100 for the first three months, plus additional bonuses based on your performance.

Your Work Schedule
  • Shifts: Monday to Saturday, with rotating shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM.
