Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cross Border Talents team member to join our dynamic Porto office. As a French Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences to our French-speaking customers.
Job SummaryThis role involves providing top-notch support and solutions to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will work closely with a talented team in a state-of-the-art facility to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat in French.
- Assist customers with product and service-related questions, billing inquiries, technical support, and general troubleshooting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
- Fluent in French (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Team player with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.
